Where real-world insight
meets decision-making.

Turn data into understanding. Turn understanding into action.

NATI helps clubs, event organisers, businesses and institutions turn what happens on the ground into clear decisions, and shares what elite sport teaches through talks and training. Sport is where we come from, not where we stop.

Born in sport, useful everywhere

The same method works wherever a decision has to start on the ground.

Four areas of expertise.
One grounded approach.

  1. 01 Data & Decision Bring scattered data together into a clear picture.
  2. 02 AI & Automation Simplify the work. Make time for what matters.
  3. 03 Operations & Transformation Connect people, resources and action on the ground.
  4. 04 Performance Intelligence Put results in context to understand what drives progress.

The NATI method

In Tahitian, nati means to bind together.

As a boy, I coxed my father’s wooden eight on the Seine on Sundays. Rowing taught me what matters most: a boat only moves when everyone pulls in the same direction, at the same rhythm.

Elite sport taught me precision. I still apply to myself everything I offer: every session is measured, my training zones are set from a lab test, my recovery is tracked every day. But no plan can be copied. I start from what is specific to me, my profile, my context, to adapt and calibrate every parameter as precisely as possible. Performance is always one of a kind. I read the research, I watch the best, and I keep only what holds up in the field. Data informs. I decide.

In 2024, rowing brought me to French Polynesia: I came to work for Polynesian rowing. I rebuilt everything from scratch, with one wish: to learn. The language, the customs, the way people live together. A Tahitian family opened its door to me. With them, I understood what “feti’i” means: a family that doesn’t stop at blood.

Working in child protection in Papeete, I learned that a good decision always starts with listening.

NATI grew out of all this. Connecting the field and the decision, data and people, French Polynesia and the rest of the world. With the rigour of elite sport, and a heart that belongs here.

Thomas Lory

Data is a starting point. Its value lies in what it helps you understand, decide and improve.

  1. 01 Data Bring it together. Make it reliable.
  2. 02 Understanding Find the meaning.
  3. 03 Decision Make informed choices.
  4. 04 Action Put ideas to work.
  5. 05 Performance Measure and improve.

Our standard

Aim for excellence, without overdoing it.

  • Start from the field, not the technology.
  • No two performances are alike.
  • The simplest system that truly solves the problem.
  • No AI where a simple tool will do.
  • No metric without a decision behind it.
  • No manual entry when the data can arrive on its own.

Calibrated, not copied.
